Midway Baptist Church is a growing church, Affiliation with Florida Baptist Convention and Lake County Association. Christ Centered, missions minded, and family oriented, located in Leesburg, Florida. Our community is a blend of life long residents and seasonal vacationers. We are surrounded by beautiful lakes, a wide range of family activities and a great place to live, work, and raise a family.

Midway is a Bible believing, joyful, loving gathering of Christians from all over Lake County, Florida. We are a traditional church. We sing from the hymn book, we make use of the piano. We preach and teach from the whole Bible, making use of the KJV.

We have adult and children groups that meet Sundays,

Currently the adults are studying the Books of the Bible.

Our children’s class are learning fundamental Bible basic, and prayer.

Hunger Relief

Midway Baptist Church is delighted to announce the opening of our food pantry to help assist those with hunger relief. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, we have seen an increase in the area for this need.

Glory be to God! Serving God from the Heart of Lake County. Our food ministry will offer and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with as many of the individuals as we possibly can.

Midway Baptist Church will provide food relief on a semi – monthly basis to our neighbors and communities surrounding our church.

Our distribution of food for is Drive-Thru style. Pull -up and we will load into the trunk of your vehicle.

Food Distribution Dates & Times:

Sat., August 17th 10 AM-1 PM.

Wed., Sept. 4th 10 AM- 1 PM.

Sat., Sept. 21st 10 AM-1 PM.

Happy Birthday’s and Anniversaries to all our faithful members. We celebrate with you on the first Sunday of the month with a fellowship social after morning services at 11:45 am.

The purpose of Midway Baptist Church is to glorify God by making disciples who are committed to Exalting God, Edifying one another, equipping faithful believers, and evangelizing unbelievers.
